📖 Important Return Guidelines

This is the official return authorization form provided by Dream Wholesale to all customers. Please complete all fields accurately and review the following guidelines before submission:

  • The warranty period for all eligible devices is 30 days from the date of purchase. Products purchased beyond this timeframe are not eligible for credit or replacement.
  • Inspect all products carefully before initiating a return. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Returns that do not meet quality standards will not be accepted.
  • Warranty exclusions: Coils, pods, replacement parts, snacks, and accessories are not covered under warranty and cannot be returned.
  • If a specific component of a device is found defective, only that part will be credited or replaced, not necessarily the entire product.
  • Please provide complete information including product name (with variant), quantity, reason for return, invoice number, and order date for each item being returned.
  • Returns due to customer ordering errors must be shipped back at the customer's expense within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • All damaged, defective, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  • Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a credit note via email confirming the refund or store credit amount.
