  • Dream Wholesale works directly with all major shipping carriers and has negotiated discounted rates of 60 to 70% off standard retail shipping prices. We pass these savings directly to you. We do not add any markup or profit on shipping.
  • However, when we actually pack your products and go to generate your shipping label, the real weight and actual box dimensions of your packed order may differ slightly from the estimates at checkout. Carriers charge based on the actual packed shipment, not the estimated figures.
  • We compare rates across all four carrier partners in real time and always purchase your label from whichever carrier offers the lowest price, fastest delivery, and most reliable service for your specific shipment.
⚠️ What Happens If There Is a Difference?

If the actual shipping cost of your packed order is different from what was collected at checkout, here is exactly what we will do:

International Duties and Taxes

For international orders to the US, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand, our carriers support prepaid duties at checkout where available, so you know the full landed cost upfront with no surprise fees at delivery. If prepaid duties are not selected, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Free Shipping Promotions

Dream Wholesale periodically offers free or discounted shipping on qualifying orders. Terms, minimum order thresholds, and eligible zones will be clearly communicated at checkout or in promotional emails.

Dream Wholesale offers same-day delivery across the Greater Toronto Area via our dedicated in-house drivers. This is one of our most valued services for local retail partners.

Eligibility for Same-Day Delivery:

  • Order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day
  • Delivery address must be within the GTA: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa
  • Payment must be fully confirmed at the time of order
  • All ordered items must be in stock at the time of order placement

Same-Day Delivery Details:

  • Deliveries are made by our own Dream Wholesale drivers, not a third-party courier
  • Delivery windows are typically between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST on the same business day
  • You will receive a notification when your driver is en route
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order

⚡ 99% On-Time Rate: Our same-day GTA delivery maintains a 99% on-time success rate. If we cannot fulfill same-day delivery for any reason, we will contact you immediately and arrange next-day delivery at no extra charge.

⚠️ Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 5 business days of the ready notification will be restocked and store credit will be issued. Please contact us if you need to reschedule your pickup time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it every step of the way.

  • Carrier Websites: Use your tracking number directly on the Canada Post, DHL Express, UPS, or Purolator website

📍 Tracking Activation: Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website. This is completely normal and does not indicate any delay with your shipment.

For same-day GTA deliveries, your Dream Wholesale driver will contact you directly when they are on their way to your location.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery:

If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or missing items, you must report the issue to Dream Wholesale within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for full documentation requirements and next steps.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, building management, or anyone else at the delivery address. Then contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open an investigation, and notify Dream Wholesale customer service within 5 business days of the reported delivery date. We will assist in the claim process.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free reship or refund. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away as we may be able to correct it before dispatch.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If a carrier is unable to deliver your package due to no one being available or access issues, they will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local depot. Dream Wholesale is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts. Reshipment costs in such cases are the customer's responsibility.

⚠️ Force Majeure: Dream Wholesale is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs holds, peak holiday periods, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

Risk of loss and title to products purchased from Dream Wholesale pass to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the carrier at our warehouse. This means:

  • Once your order is picked up by the carrier, it is in the carrier's care and custody
  • Dream Wholesale is not responsible for loss or damage caused by carrier mishandling after pickup
  • For large-value bulk orders, contact us to discuss carrier insurance options before shipment

🔒 High-Value Orders: Signature-on-delivery may be required for high-value shipments. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will reattempt delivery or hold the package at a local depot. We will notify you if signature requirements apply to your order.
